Altar Guild

The altar guild at St. Mary’s offers a crucial ministry in the life of the church. These folks of all ages not only prepare the sacred objects of the worship service—the chalices, patens, candles, bread and wine, linens, and so forth—they also are responsible for the floral arrangements which beautify our worship spaces. This ministry behind the scenes does much to prepare for our services beforehand and to clean up afterward. Those involved will tell you that it is holy work, indeed.

This group of dedicated servants of God does much to enhance the worship at St. Mary’s.
